As part of Expedia Group’s affiliate ecosystem, the Affiliate Hub supports creators by giving them visibility into performance, earnings, and opportunities to grow.
I led product design across web and mobile, focusing on clarity, motivation, and scale across the creator lifecycle. The platform went on to support a system that generated $5M in gross profit, drove a 5× increase in monthly active users, and became a core surface for creator participation.

Making performance understandable
Creators needed a clear, trustworthy way to understand how their content was performing and what value it was generating.
We focused on surfacing the most important signals — clicks, bookings, and commission — in a way that was easy to scan, compare over time, and understand at a glance. Consistency across web and mobile helped creators stay connected to performance wherever they were.
Reinforcing momentum and progress
Raw metrics alone weren’t enough to keep creators engaged, especially early on.
We introduced milestone moments, summaries, and lightweight feedback to help creators recognize progress, celebrate small wins, and understand what actions were paying off. These moments were designed to encourage continued participation without overwhelming users with data.
Unifying tools into a single platform
As creators became more active, the experience expanded beyond performance tracking.
We brought link creation, performance history, and guidance together into a centralized hub, reducing fragmentation and helping creators move smoothly from insight to action. The goal was to make the platform feel supportive rather than transactional.
Evolving from tools to a system
Over time, the Affiliate Hub evolved from a set of individual tools into a cohesive system.
This shift allowed the platform to support more advanced workflows — while still remaining approachable for newer creators — and laid the groundwork for future expansion across devices and surfaces.
